So this is where it all begins…


Let’s travel back 2 years ago when I left my Corporate America job as a Vice President of Marketing for a bank…all I could think about was FREEDOM. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was going to do, but I knew it was going to be all on me. That excited me. And scared me.

See, I had a Plan B…I had a successful at-home business with a company and a product that I truly love and believe in. But, deep down I knew I needed more. I was meant for more.

My dad is an entrepreneur. A hard worker. A “get your hands dirty” type of guy. I’ve just recently realized that I’m lucky to have received some of those exact traits and want to follow in his footsteps. I want to create something and call it my own. I don’t want to be handed anything and take the easy road. But for 2 years, I was unsure what it was I should be doing.

Then early fall of 2015 it hit me. I’m good at marketing. I’ve done it for 15 years. It’s easy. It’s natural. And it wasn’t until that time that I realized that it isn’t necessarily easy or natural for others. I would constantly receive compliments on my Facebook posts for my at-home business. Friends would tell me how inspiring my posts are. So that’s when I decided to brand myself as a Marketing Rockstar–because dammit–that’s who I am.

In the coming days, weeks, months and years…I wish is to build this site as a valuable resource for other entrepreneurs, who don’t have the knack for what comes naturally to me. To inspire them to create their own Marketing magic. To encourage them to step outside the box. To persuade them to take my techniques, implement them and watch the success happen.
